Just as a fyi , getting quarterly offers is NOT gaurenteed . Many members including myself have been members for YEARS and do not get anything but the famous Turbo Tax offer . Even some members who get them have waited a long time and might only see car or boat at first. As @tcbofade mentioned, PF is a coin toss. They will either like your profile or not. Ill just add having a high income is definetly a plus with them thoughSmiley Wink

Poor AJC, reports littered with PF HP'sSmiley Sad

Re: Thinking of joining PenFed (few questions)

PenFed offers great products. I have a Power Cash Rewards @ $18k and a Pathfinder Amex @ $7k and these are both great cards. I was offered good rates when looking into auto loans in the Fall of 2018 (that I ultimately passed on.)

However, I'd like to see improvements in their online interface, phone app, reward redemptions, payment applications, and overall customer service.

The experience as a whole is just clunky with them.

Not when they ask for two years of Tax returns,

I know the question was for K, and I am sure He will chime in.

I have both NFCU and Penfed. I would take NFCU over Penfed any day. JMO

(I have about 18 different banks and CU's)

Just wanted to throw My 2 cents in the pot.

Thank you for your 2c 007, I know from your other post you have $250K in HSBC at 2%. Just curious, why put DD to NFCU? Reason I do it is cause all the CU in the Bay area sucks lol. And it sucks that they don't offer at least a day early for DD. They have treat me well since 2017.
