I have a CO on my report DOFD is 12/17 ..I have paid it off in 2019 ,My question is how much is this hurting my score and should I start sending Goodwill letters?

It is dependant on your overall credit profile.
My Fico score is 660 ex tu 691 not sure on eq..
Discover card 1 month old
2 cap1 cards one is a year old other is 6 months
one credit one card a year old
good payment history and utl is at 2%
Co has a fall off on tu 10/22
but cant seem to get my score higher then this

More than likely due to a thin credit file, that would be my guess. It takes years to build a great stable credit profile. Don't expect quick jumps, just a slow, but steady rise if you do it right.
