Does anyone know why I cant access my Equifax report. I keep getting an error code. I alreay put in a complaint and its supposably getting fixed. I asked why I was not able to get my report and the rep that I spoke with (3) of them could not give me any answer they just told me that the technical team will have it fixed in 10 buisness days. It started on 7/6 and I still cant access it as of 07/18. I am giving them till 7/20 which is 10 buisness days. I also asked them for a pro rate or a discount for next months payment and they stated they could not do it.
P/s I pull my report from them daily, since I am in the process of cleaning up my credit, and as part of my monthly payment with them they offer unlimited reports. Which means I should be able to pull a new report from them every new day. To tell you the truth I think they blocked my account with a fake reason code to stop me from pulling daily, but I cant prove it. Very pissed off, below is the error code I got.

I believe this is the result of daily pulling, too many inquiries basically causing an issue.
It hasn't been 10 business days, and on top of that, EQ's technical team are the only ones who can fix the issue.
Sorry!

This information is correct. I had the same issues going through the rebuild process. Checking my report every day. They will fix it but if you continue to soft pull your reports daily it will act up within a few weeks.
Thanks for the reply, but doesnt that p;ut them in breach of contract?
Breach of contract... I mean, I guess?
Technology has limits, and Equifax's tech is old. Optimizing for daily pulling on hundreds of millions of consumers is going to take a lot of time, and even then, there will always be some issues. As said, technology has its limits. Just operate within the bounds of those limits and cancel if you're unhappy with them.

I know the membership says "Unlimited" but the average person doesn't pull their reports daily.
Just us rebuilders....
Back when I had Magic Jack VOIP phone service, I found out that "unlimited" does not always mean "unlimited"....
