Well typically disputes reported with the credit bureaus take up to 30 days to investigate. Even after the 30 days if it's found that what's being reported is not accurate it can take up to another 30 days to actually remove it and possibly another 15-30 days before it reflects on your credit report.
But please clarify the second part of your post. I understand that there is a Sprint account being reported with your name but a different address and different social. You did have a Sprint account which went deliquent, I am assuming this account did go to collections but a different collection agency than the one being reported on your credit report with the wrong address and social and the amount listed is different than the actual amount you owe is this correct?
