Welcome to the forums !
If you are asking about a judgement showing paid or satisfied, then I would not expect any FICO gain. Paying collections or judgements won't help your FICO score.
If you are asking about having a judgement removed from your reports, there's no single answer to this question ~ It will vary by person based on the other information on your credit reports.

Thanks for the input pizzadude, also,I was wondering how much does the score raise on average every month if you pay your bill on time?
You likely won't see a significant month to month gain ~ your FICO score should improve over time, assuming that no new negatives appear, but it's usually not something that happens quickly.
