Credit Union Included in BK reporting as Charge off

We filed Chapter 13 in 2005. Long story short our CU was listed as a secured debt, and they were paid in full plus interest.

I disputed they way they were reporting because even though they listed the account as a "0" balance, and "IIB", they also included the statement "chargeoff".

I even got a call from the woman at the credit union's loss prevention dept (she's the dept head). We discussed this over the phone, and she insists it is ok for the CU to report this as charged off in the comments section. I told her this is NOT a charge off, as they were paid in full. She insists this is simply a "banking term", and is accurate,as that account was delinquent, and placed in a separate category.

I wanted to jump through the phone and slap her, honestly......sigh........

Is this a huge deal as far as the impact to my credit score? Is it worth fighting for? If so, what's my next step.

thanks

K
