Anyone deal with these people? They are abusive and harassing, but refuse to give any address to send correspondence to or what their real name is. They are not the law firm in Nevada if you Google them. Trying to take action against them but to no avail.
They sound like the fly by night collection firms. Here today gone in the morning. "instant" attorney is a FDCA violation I believe. The problem with many of these types is they are not legit and fold up and reopen with a new name and phone number a few weeks latter. They don' hold still long enought to sue and collect.
Yeah, but getting sued part over a "600 or 700.00" debt doesn't worry me, watching them constantly harass my family and my sister's husband's family does. I even instructed them to give the collector my phone number and address, to which they admitted they already had on file and they don't call me, they just harass them.

If they know its not you but family they are calling and not just to ask for your number your have FDCA violations. If they have sued you then you have a great counter claim. They can pay you and your consumer attorney big bucks ie $1,000 for you and about $4,000 to the consumser attorney
My dw has made a very hefty living over jdb who call her and violate fdca /tcpa when in fact they are looking for another person who ha almost exact same name, birthdate, line of work and lives not that far away. She tells them the first time its not her and don't call. The second call is ok we talk now about how much you owe me to settle the lawsuit/demand going to court to be filed the next day. The consumer attorney in our area has become a good friend. DW made over $5K off jdb last years and was not even her debts.
