Delinquency during the pandemic

Hi again everyone, I have some late payments after February 2020-2021 and a little bit of 2022. If I wrote a goodwill letter to the headquarters stating it was due to the pandemic, do you think they would remove the ❌ on my report stating delinquency? I'm really trying to clean up my credit report.

Possibly. Depends on the lenders. Some easier than others. It definitely doesn't hurt to try, and keep being persistent. Definitely no guarantees though. 

Who are the lenders you are referring to?

Hi! First Premier Bank, Credit One, Synchrony Financial, Genesis FS, Upgrade, Citi Bank. 

Exxon Gas Card through Citi. 
JCPenney Card through Synchrony.

OP, Welcome to the forum! As they say, there's nothing to lose by trying. What's the worst that could happen? They might decline, but you won't know unless you try. Be sure to keep your letter short and to the point.

As others have indicated, it is worth trying. Don't hesitate to request a goodwill especially if it was pandemic related.
