Disputing an item with all three CRAs

If I dispute an item with all three CRAs and only one does not respond within the thirty days, is the item deleted from the credit report?  Or do all three have to not respond for the item to be deleted?

It can be deleted if no response from the creditor. But each CRA is independent from one another.

BTW, they have up to 45 days to respond.
