I have attempted a dispute with Experian and they sent some letter saying some third party wanted to access my report etc., and that they ingored it. I called today because my dispute was never processed. She said it was because they thought it was a 3rd party and then said that since I disputed the account before I can't redispute it. It is my understanding that I can dispute again (last time was September 2011). I sent a HIPPA letter for the account, but the ingored as they thought it was from some 3rd party company I hired. I have prepared another letter advising this is not a 3rd party dispute and then went into the HIPPA dispute again. Any thoughts?
