Finally a clean file!

Had 1 paid medical baddie still listed on TU & EQ that I was going to Hippa, but decided to try my chances with the CRAs directly first. Just found out today that TU deleted making it now 100% clear. My EX is already clear so expecting a nice jump. Still waiting on a response from EQ. Just got the email from EQ stating it had been deleted as well. Going to wait a week then double check with CK & if all clear, going to get my new scores via MyFico.

Now I just need pay down my medical bills from this year, and according to CCC my scores should jump to around 770.

Blue skies ahead, all thanks to these forums! Smiley Very Happy

Congrats on the spotless files, you're probably going to see a significant boost. My EX report is clean, but EQ and TU both show a paid lien that *ought* to go bye-bye on July 1st. The clean report is *70* points higher, so here's hoping you see something equally dramatic. (And me, in a couple weeks. Fingers crossed that I'll hit 800 across the board.)

Discover's creditscorecard.com gives you your legit Experian score, so  you might want to look there for confirmation instead of Credit Karma's Vantage 3 score.

Re: Finally a clean file!

@Cranky Dave The OP can't use CK for his EX score because they only provide TU and EQ. But you are correct about the scores being Vantage scores.

I dont use V scores, I meant checking CK to make sure the items were really deleted. 😆

I actually wound up using the free annual to check then CCC to pull my FICO scores.

Pre-grats to you as well! 😆
