2nd UPDATE
I received an email from Credit One EO stating that they have sent a request to Experian to delete this account from my report!!! Today has been a good day in my credit rebuild journey! (I also got Comenity to remove a recent 30-day late from all three CB!) I am super charged to continue this journey.
UPDATE: I emailed the executive office at Credit One yesterday. I actually sent emails to about three individuals. This morning I received an email saying they received my request and would mail their decision within 10-14 days. I am grateful that, at the very least, they acknowledged my email and provided a response. Hopefully, I receive good news in the mail. Crossing my fingers!

Hi, all! First, thank you all so much for your knowledge regarding credit repair. I have been up to wee hours of the morning reading all your posts. It has all been so valuable. Part of me is really upset that it took me so long to find this forum and to take my credit history seriously. Without giving you my entire backstory, I have charge offs for the following accounts:
(1) Credit one (paid at least 3 years ago);
(2) Citibank ($5,000 balance unpaid - just sold to a new collection agency and I have arranged to pay it off before they report it to the bureaus);
(3) Nordstrom (2,000) - I tried calling Nordstrom to pay this, but they wouldn't collect payment since they no longer own the debt
(4) My College - $3,100 for a Direct Perkins (I applied for Federal consolidation, so this should be handled - at least I hope)
Can someone pm an email address for any of the three credit card companies so that I can request a good will removal of the account? Is this even possible for the unpaid accounts? Thank you in advance. I am kicking myself for even allowing my credit to be in such bad shape!

I would send the GW letters to the office of the President thru the US Mail. If a company COed then sold a debt you can request GW but they took a loss on you and may not be in the mood to do it but you try anyway. Sounds good the steps you are taking here to get things under control. Good luck and welcome to the board
I cannot figure out how to PM you first. Can you send me a message and I will respond?
