How do you dispute with Experian when they have previously verified it and won't allow it

They verified incorrect information and now I cannot dispute the items online at all.  You can't fax and talking to a human on the phone is impossible.  Is writing the only way?  Which they don't respond to and takes forever?  I have written in the past and they NEVER write back!!!

I still haven't been able to get ahold of anyone so I am writing another lender today.  but this one is going to the ceo

I have used that number within the past couple of months. There are several listed on these forums.
