Judgment/Public entries effect on FICO score

I've got 2 judgments (paid) on my credit reports from 2004 and 2005. On my credit reports, it doesn't say anything about it being satisfied or paid. I am wondering if it should and is it lowering my score for it not to reflect its status?

The point drop happened with the judgements were entered on public records.  However, anyone looking at your file (such as a manual underwriting process) the accounts should be reflected as paid.  So you do need to work on getting this reported correctly.
