MACY'S

Well I jumped off a limb and decided to call MACYS about a card that I had (VISA).  I had 13 lates total and put the card in a DMP years ago.

 

After a phone call yesterday, the lady told me that she would have to go back & pull old statements.

 

Skip to this morning. Got a vocalism from the lady saying that I would be getting a letter in the mail, and they would update all three reports with no lates.

 

When in doubt, CALL!
