Midland and DOD question

I have a Midland collections on my credit that was from an old T-Mobile Account. It is on all 3 reports.  It is paid and the original Date of Deliquency with T-Mobile is 5/2008.  Would it be possible to have it removed now? It will only be 6 years this May but I was wondering if anyone has had success getting paid items removed earlier than the 7 year mark?

Does the GW letter go to Midland or the agencies requesting early removal?

I have.  Took me 3 I think, it's been awhile.

Well, I sent off two GW letters today to two different people at Midland. I guess we will see what happens. If they don't remove them then at least I know to watch for them for next June as they will be old enough to be removed then.
