Midland did it again .... another delete!!!!

Hi there-- Having issues with Midland also..paid collection in full and still no deletion (which was agreed upon in writing in July)..can you please send info?  Would really appreciate it..trying to close mortgage loan and this is causing problems-big time!!

No one, for any reason should ever contact her directly.  A google search for "midland executives"  or "encore capital executives"  will get you names to contact.  Encore is the parent company and the guy with the initials (edited) .I think he may have heard all he wants to hear from us.

It's really not TOO tough to find these folks.  This works for any company.  search for company emazil...executive names, etc.  Read several links, see if the company you want is actually a subsidiary of another.  Search for the comapny on Forbes...

Stretch your searching capabilities...it's all public information, you just need to do a little homework.

Ditto Mo.  She won't deal with anyone unless she gets a referal email from one of the parent company execs telling her to do so.  Once you get a dialog going with one of the top execs, that person will forward your email to her and she will then contact you via email etc and get it going.

Call (edited) first and you will basically shoot yourself in the foot.  Get to (edited)  via the exec and you'll be taken care of asap.

It appears you are the Midland expert I am in dire need of reaching someone who I can possibly work out a PFD with from Midland. I would be very greatful if you could PM me with the details on contact information that I can use to reach someone who can help me with this. 

This Midland account is the biggest and most recent ding on my report and I would love to get this taken care of.

thanks for the contact emails. i was able to get my collection that was reporting as an account deleted off equifax and experian. still waiting to see if the collection on transunion will be deleted also. transunion seems to be slow at updating information. i am still waiting for a cc to show up on transunion that has been reporting on the other 2 for over 2 weeks now. i was told by the bank that the transunion was a updated quartely.
