True, but they don’t send the request for 30-45 days according to the lady who I worked with. She said to avoid people reversing payments.

Well I found when I paid which was 2/26 and it was removed 3/30

good data points to know this as I am in a pyment plan myself with them for capital one and barclays and I too noticed yesterday i got alerts saying balance on collection accounts decreased so i am glad its showing that so I know and they know ive been paying. Cant wait for the removal too once PIF'd

Update: Experian just updated to "Legally paid in full for less then the full balance"
