Pay for delete not working

I have three baddies from a CA, but only one of the three is actually on my credit report.  They are refusing to delete it.  But they want their money.  HELP!!!

tell them "u will have ur money as soon as i get my letter stating you guys will remove it completely from all 3 reports once i pay in full" if the say no then tell them "why wold i pay u to still have a negative on my report. if u dont agree to my terms you wont get a single cent from me" if that still doesnt work then ask for a supervisor and explain. another tip. just like they call u everyday harrassing you. you can call them everyday multiple times and harrass them about a PFD

However if you are inside SOL, they'd probably have no problem at all to have the court to get you to pay.

I wouldnt get too sassy with them, because they could really damage your report if they want to, which would take time to recover from!

Just continue to PFD, everytime they send you a response, send another PFD. Thats what i am doing! Drive financial refuses to accept a GW from me (on behalf of my  mother) so everytime i get their letter saying "sorry we cant honor your request" i just send another one!

The only letters I send CMRRR are DVs (a must!) and any letters to the CRAs. Everything else goes reg. mail and includes PFDs, GWs, etc.

No i send DV's and CRA letters (if i dont fax them) CMRRR.

Ok thanks,  I was thinking that that could get expensive.

Also, I am planning on trying to PFD 5 different Collection agencies. I will not have the money until the beginning of September.

When should I start sending the letters to the different CA's asking for a PFD?

I would say start sending them when you get the money! Because they could honor your request, but then you may not have the money to pay, they could also require a time frame for you to send the money, so i would send them when the funds are available!
