TU Mortgage Score jumped from 666 to 678

So, I have done a LOT of changes (Positive Actions) to my Credit File in the past 3 months or so and things started showing up now. 

Got a notification that there has been a change in my TU Score. I was waiting for First Progress GW Adjustment to delete 6 lates to be reported.

So i Quickly Logged into MyFico and Pulled my TU Report. 

1. I see First Progress Card's 4 out of 6 lates are now gone. 
2. My No. Of Months ince last Late Payment changed from 15 to 20 Months.
3. My Overall TU Fico 8 Score increased by 1 point. However i'm not really bothered about it but NOT losing sight on this. My Main focus is to make myself Mortgage ready for Early 2021.
4. Checked my TU Mortgage score aka Fico 4. and Voila . Jumped 12 points from 666 to 678
5. Ex 7 EQ are yet to report. Their Mortgage Scores are currently Sitting in Higher 650s. I'm hoping they jump into 660+ with the above reporting. 
6. Also the accounts age increased and Disco IT age increased to 3 months. Not sure if that is a postive but for me, it sure is. 

Note : I Quickly called First Progress to make sure the Other 2 lates are also deleted and got a confirmation that ALL THE LATES are now gone and reported to CRAs. So yeah, waiting on those 2 pending lates also to be removed somtime next week or so. 

Thank you all for all the help. My File is moving in the right direction. For the first time ever in my life, i think i have hold on my Credit.
