how long until I see results?

I am in the middle of paying off old debts from 5 or 6 years ago. One is a smaller med bill, and 4 old credit cards of which were charged off. I have a score in the mid 500s at the moment with now open credit cards and Everything will be paid off within the next two months. I just want to know how I can help rebuild my score and how long it will take for my score to start to rise?

You sound like me!!! My utalization was at 80% and now its 31% and my score hasnt increased. Im sending GW Letters out over and over again but all this Hard work sure makes you appreciate credit

It all depends what else is on your report.

Are you paying these debts and having them removed? Or just updating to paid status?

Right now I am paying them off. I posted all my debts plus two or three late payments on a 4 year car loan that is paid off. How do I get them removed?

You do what is called a "pay for delete" where you try to get the collection agency to delete their tradeline for payment. There are topics on such on the forums. I recommend this if you want to see a jump in scoring.
