Ok here is the story
I have an UNPAID medical collection from 2002 on my report.
I have already opted out of everything.
I have submitted the pre-HIPPA letter - came back verified but with no information
I submitted the DV letter to the CRA - has been over 30 days no word back from CA.
I have submitted the follow up letter to the CRA with a copy of the DV letter sent to CA and a copy of the RRR card signed by CA.
Today I get from TU that the debt has been verified and no details were provided except for the regular stuff on your CRA
Now what do I do?????????????/
On your TU report, pulled directly from them, (or from AnnualCreditReport but NOT a myfico TU report) is the following notation be reported on this med collection?
Collection Account: Account disputed by consumer meets FCRA requirement
If not, do you seen any notation about this med collection being disputed and/or verified?
No this is the letter they sent me saying it was verified no change. Then the next page shows the collection and all the information about it it does not say anything as far as comments. It tells who, what it is, date of collection, estimated date to fall off, amount, date verified, original amount, original creditor, past due, pay status, account type and responsibility.
Just the normal stuff you get when you receive a copy of a report from TU.
