I sent pre-hippa letters to EQ, EX regarding a paid NCO collection account (wasn't on TU) back in late Feb. The pd collection was to report until Dec 2012 on both. NCO wouldn't g/w, kept bugging them for years! No help, nada zip from NCO. Anyway, I heard nothing from EQ & EX regarding pre-hippa letter. Kept checking reports, nothing! Today, I look and it is gone from both reports. Doing my happy dance!
Here I was ready to do the next HIPPA step, don't have to now.
