BBVA - I hate them! how about that!

Received ANOTHER denial letter from them today for my recent application:

Unable to verify Identifying information

Too many recent BBVA compass credit applications

I called 5 minutes after applying to ask them if they needed to verify identity or anything and they said it was already decisioned and I needed to wait for the letter.

This is the letter I received today.

I called in and was given:

BBVA Compass

PO BOX 10566

Birmingham, AL 35296

I filed a 2nd complaint with Consumer Financial Board!

AND sent 2nd letter ... never responded to my first one!

Yes. That is the same person that they told me to write to, and I'm going to - a very nice letter with as many copies of verifying information as possible.

Totally understand where you're coming from Creditadditc.  I suppose it was my fault for starting the whole BBVA frenzy back in April (since it was pretty quiet when B335 and One7 went for it before me) and then BBVA got odd afterwards.  For a while the gravy was flowin'
