From the About this Board sticky:
This is not the place to talk about how many cards are in your wallets or what CC looks the best or similiar subjects. Those belong in SmorgasBoard.
But rarely enforced!
Inc hate, but I actually like the look of the Citi Double Cash. It's colorful and shiny.
THAT SAID, it is wayyyy too thin and flimsy which gives it a cheap-y feel to it.
Chase AARP! So pretty and flashy!
The Citi Diamond Preferred is also a snazzy looking card, but since it offers no rewards, I have no interest in it.
Discover it but the OG versions not the me mixtape or skylines those suck :/ ..... The diamond Preffered looks nice but no real benefits to it . My thought is who cares ?! The cc can be ugly but bring you a extra $400 back in your pocket every year ! I've never had a waitress or a cashier treat me more special cause I take out a visa signature or some boring of' Bank of America card lol
I like Chase Freedom it shines but it fades from a constant use.
Personally, I feel that all of my cards are plane looking. Of all the cards I have, I like the Amex and QS the best.
Boa - both cards look identical. Maybe I've had the card too long, just looks like a lump of bland Grey to me.
Amex - good looking card, but could use a bit more contrast
QS - love the matte black back of the card, front looks a bit cheap. Calling to see if they can do a custom matte black on both sides for me
Sallie Mae - actually looks much better than the Picture!
AARP - have yet to get my hands on it. Promises to be a sleek looking card
OP, you could not be more wrong.
Citi Double Cash is the best averge card at 2% cb, although some prefer CapOne QS. However, for normal spend patterns, Sallie Mae is amazing. AARP is great if you eat out a lot.
Personally, I like the Citi TYP.
The custom image on Cap1 QS is quite sweet. I had success a couple times however an old painting keeps getting rejected.
