Re: Discusions about other credit forums!

hello?

If you're referring to how we can't publish links to other credit forums, it's because the myFICO forums are sponsored by FICO, and we can't advocate, even via links, shady credit repair. If we did, that would leave FICO vulnerable to charges of being a Credit Repair Organization, which would open an unimaginable can of worms.

Alaskan, please read the terms of service that you agreed to, when you signed up to be a member here. There is certain types of credit repair that we simply cannot advocate. You can mention them, but you can't provide links to them. Doing so, will ensure that your post will be deleted. Again, thanks for being a contributing member to the myfico forums.

There is credit repair, as in clean-up, and then there is credit repair, as in no-holds-barred, do whatever it takes, buy help if you have to. If another site advocates any of this, we don't link to it.

The mods do our best to vacuum these things up when they happen, although I know that things sometime get through.
