How Many Store Cards Do You Have?

I tend to favor price and purchase protection over rewards and special financing offers.

For me, a card like Double Cash renders most store cards (at least, cards for places I actually shop) obsolete.

I have Walmart and Amazon Prime store card. WM was the first to approve me so I keep it just for sentimental reasons. I may use it once a year or so. I use Amazon a lot for the 5% back. My husband has Lowe's. We used it heavily for special financing when we were renovating our house, but not since then. I used it to buy a can of spray paint a few weeks ago just to keep it active.

I have 1 store card. The Victoria's Secret Angel VIP Card.  I rarely used it, maybe once per year.

Not technically a store card, Amazon Prime Visa.

I started off with two (amazon and nordstrom).  This year my Nordstrom finally graduated to the Visa Sig card.  I hope one day to get the Amazon Prime Rewards card from chase.
