Anyone have any idea what's up with the gardening spade in my signature? I haven't changed anything and now it's not showing properly. I tried fixing it, but I don't know what to do different. I've noticed problems in other signatures as well.
It seems some image links are broken from server side.
Two ways to fix it till the issue is resolved.
Option 1. Just "view image" on the original pic in the post by left clicking on the spade you want and then copy that URL and replace the image source on your signature.
For example:
Would become:
<img src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/5761iE36E284CEECEA414/image-size/large?v=1.0&px=999"title="Palladium Garden Club Member" border="0" width="40" height="40" align="right">
Option 2
Go to http://mfgarden.club
All you need is to set once in your Sig and it'll automatically updates every month with new Spades/Diamonds 😍
It's a known problem that cropped up a couple of weeks ago.
The workaround is to replace the existing string in your signature that starts off with something like:
<img src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id...
with this:
<img src="http://mfgarden.club/spade_image/yyyymmdd" border="0" title="Garden Club Spade" align="right"><br>
where yyyymmdd is the date of your last HP consistent with Garden Club rules e.g. for yesterday's date it would be 20200714
It will automatically figure out the correct graphic for you and when you graduate to a higher level it will automatically change as well.
Thanks @coldfusion and @CYBERSAM ! I didn't know about the second option. I'll try it out. You guys are the best!

I'm digging up an old thread here, but is there a workaround for this? It's been down for awhile now. I went back to a manual spade, but I also like the countdowns for the spade updates and the gardening goal.
Interestingly enough, if you take the URL and put it directly in the address bar of your web browser, it works. The spade shows correctly. For example, my last HP was on August 18, 2020. Click on this: http://mfgarden.club/spade_image/20200818 and it will show the appropriate spade in your browser.
Does this mean that something else in the HTML code is broken? I am not a web developer, so I do not know. I messed around with it for awhile. I modified one of the credit card image lines in my signature, and replaced the URL of the imgur link (which is working) with the URL for the Automagic Spade. I changed nothing else. It didn't work. Is the HTML code unable to deal with generating the correct image based on the date in the URL? I mean, the credit card links and the manual spade link are basically links to static (fixed) images, and they work. This doesn't, but it is a link to a dynamic (variable) image, which is generated on the fly based on the date in the URL.
