Yes my mobile app does come up but it just spins and spins then says there is an error . On my laptop I can enter my username but it never loads, just says sure can't be reached , timed out .
i reset the router but I am not very tech savvy . Banks says I am find on their end , I just haven't contacted xfinity yet .

OK I think your next step will be to call xfinity.
If you PM me the URL of the bank I'll flip this laptop over to my xfinity feed (I have both xfinity and FIOS feeds) and doublecheck that for you.
Thanks for your help, I was finally able to log in 👍Still not sure what the problem was that was the only site I couldn't access🙄

I suspect there was an upstream connectivity or routing issue somewhere between your ISP and the bank's service provider that took a while to get straightened out. Glad it got straightened out.

One other possibility is a temporary IP or CIDR blacklisting on or near the bank's end that kicked in on a WAF or IPS somewhere. Would explain why multiple devices off the same router (and thus same public IP) had issues but movement to another network would resolve the issue.
We'll never know but since it's fine again, it doesn't really matter either.
