My Amex Hilton Honors is at $50K right now... mainly from transferring limits from other cards before closing them.
Most growth without combining limits: BoA Travel Rewards and Cash Rewards, both started at $8K, both now $30K
Highest starting limit: My $20K Amex EDP (gone now)
NFCU Platinum $25k
Cap One SavorOne $15k
NFCU Flagship $15k
Care Credit $15k

Wow, awesome limits! Congrats!
Looks like you put a very large amount of business spend through BofA to get all those huge limits?
I know some on MyFico have hit an apparent limit at $99.9K on all cards, even with high income and great scores.
DPs on your BofA relationship and overall credit profile would be quite interesting if you would share them, please.
$90,000 on my BoA Travel Rewards (with Premium Rewards I am at $99.9k cap) and AU on a $99,900 BoA affinity card. For a lot of this, max exposure by lender might be a better measurement since certain lenders like Amex and Chase allow you to move around and combine limits. It's insanity when I realize those 2 BoA cards have higher cash advance limits than my highest credit limit was just 4 years ago. LOL
I'm still at only $20k.
I have several cards with that limit.
I have taken a single card up to more than twice that limit.
I have total CLs with a few issuers well beyond that.
But...I have to spread those total CLs across 5 Amex and 5 Chase revolvers, and most other issuers' products don't interest me as much.
Also POI from a business is complicated (separate tax return) and investment income fluctuates by year so I give issuers a conservative figure for income.
