Could someone also please send me the contact info for ACS? I sent a letter to their collections department but was rejected This was for a 30 day late payment on a quarterly bill more than a  year ago!!

Can you send me contact info for ACS as I'm trying to remove things off my credit as well for them? I had two accounts with them that's reporting 180 days from 2010 and really need to build my credit much better for an investment property in 2 years. Any help would be appreciated!!

Make sure to re-emphasize *why* they should be so generous and apologize for any inconvenience your past history has caused them. And also make sure to let them know that you really do appreciate the response and professionalism of ACS, as well.

Worked for us. Turned a REALLY bad situation into one we were REALLY happy with. Now, sending in our payment doesn't hurt so much (emotionally or financially)!!

I recently had an ACS late from 2011 removed. Before you get excited, I've been working with a credit relief company. It's been 2 years at $99/month, but after at least 24 but probably more letters by them, they finally dropped the late in November! It costs a lot, but it was worth it to me! The company just used the address listed for them...no special people or departments.
