I'm in a chapter 13 and my student loans were transferred form AES to ECMC. I'm told this is just while I'm in bankruptcy and will be transferred again to someone else when I'm done. So far I'm not impressed. I can't log in to the account as their website is down, this has been for a **bleep** year now. Anyone else have loans with them that can give me insight? I wanted to make payments while I'm in my 13 so I don't accrue massive interest but I can't even see my loans. I called and they were less than helpful, only info I got was my loan balance and a mailing address for payments, no idea what kind of payment I should be making or how much interest is accruing each month. Super shady.
