Great Lakes Student Loan Late Payments

I went about 120+ late  for a few months on my student loans about 2ish years ago, since then i have been current and paying. Is there a email or fax I can send a goodwill letter to? The only one I could find, i sent one too and got nearly instantly denied claiming they do not change anything they have reported. Does anyone have any other information or thing I could try to do to try to get a few late payments deleted. This is one of the last things on my report I am trying to clean up. Any help would be great!

I had lates successfully removed when I sent an email to these email addresses a while back, and everyone I had spoken to in tears previous to those emails told me there was nothing that could be done. I can't find the response email so I can't remember which one it was that worked, but I really hope this helps and good luck. I will never forget when I read that email that they were going to remove them, it was the best feeling ever.

Yea, sadly I have reached out to about 3 different people. I tried the 2 emails and I also tried faxing them. All 3 came back with they can not remove or give any sort of good will adjustment. I am unsure how to continue from here since this the last real issue on my credit. Am I wondering if I should keep trying to just let time heal unfortunately.

I am working on the same thing. I haven't recieved anything yet but I will let you know how it goes.
