I'm in a similar situation. They refuse to send paper mail, and I didn't know what was going on with my loans and I pay over the amount almost every month. If I pay them off in full, will my credit score go back up quicker? I didn't know I was behind because I paid all during corona, paid when I received a forgiveness letter, and paid over the amount for years. I don't owe that much and since they never have reported when I was late in the past, I wasn't worried about it.
