With three out of four EX 2 concerned with missed payment is it not the case that AZ would not be significant enough to get the fourth slot?

$62 out of $8,400 is less than 1%. Is that rounding down or truncated to zero percent?

@NRB525 yeah I was thinking the same thing and it's rounded down to 0%. It's the balances that are truncated before they are transmitted to the CRA by the creditor. All the calculations done by the algorithm is standard rounding.

@cleanupman good follow up question how many scoreable inquiries do you have a Experian?

Quick update. Heard back from the bank and recieved the mortgage preapproval. So all in all this worked to increase my scores to qualify for the loan product I was seeking.

I had 4 scoreable inquirys listed on my EXP report.

Re: AZEO backfired. 30 pt drop across the board

I too am suffering AZEO blues.  I've been at azeo for 4 months now and my fico 8 increases, my fico 2, 4 and 5 decrease...

In researching azeo to see if right for me, there was a video that mentioned this happening but I discounted it because of all of the reports here.

Scores taken from my fico.

Paying off all but 1 card before the reporting date.

Uti is 3% and has been.

My scores were better when I let small balances report ea month.

@Tiersha AZEO optimizes the mortgage Scores. For 8/9 you need a modified AZEO if you have any authorized user accounts. You must also have a balance on one authorized user account for 8/9.

it's not possible for you to lose points following this formula unless you use revolvers with a credit limit over $31,000 for the mortgage Scores, as they are excluded from 5/4/2.

Re: AZEO backfired. 30 pt drop across the board

Well good to know azeo is worthless to me.  At this time 8/9 is of no use to me.

Back to my old ways of a balance on ea card and let it report.  Great I've wasted 4 months.

Thanks for the info.

@Tiersha AZEO is not going to cause you to lose points, unless the card you are using is not one recommended, what card are you using to leave a balance on? Is it a credit union card is it a retail card? Does it have a high credit limit?

The only way you're gonna lose points on 5/4/2 is if the card you're using it's not a recommended card or is coded wrong.

there is no guarantee of a increase in scores, because you may already be receiving the maximum from that category and you may be at your maximum for your scorecard. That doesn't mean you can't lose points for increasing the number of accounts with a balance.

definitely not losing points by going to AZEO however. Please give us the information on the card you are using.

Re: AZEO backfired. 30 pt drop across the board

Cap 1 mastercard

Merrick bank visa

Both with cli in the last yr.

And yes I have dropped on 245 since using azeo as per fico.com.  only  the few points but a drop nonetheless.  The 8 is doing great.

@Tiersha I promise you you are not gonna lose points from properly practicing AZEO on 5/4/2. You may think you are because those scores do not update except when you pull a 1B or 3B, so there's many things other than that one change that could have occurred in between pulls of your 1B/3B. AZEO is not the cause of a loss, I promise.

if you do not believe me and you would like to prove it to yourself, you may spend the money to do so by leaving a small balance on only one card and then paying it to zero. What you do is pull a 3B right before it reports (so that it has a balance) and then immediately after it reports (so that it has a zero balance) and then you will see the true difference between AZEO & AZE2. But if there is too much time between pulls, other changes can cause score changes, especially if you pass a first where in age related change can occur.

The only possible exception is if the TL were miscoded. Can you please provide your negative Reason Codes from 5/4/2 at AZEO?
