Thanks!  I'm so glad this is finally over!  The end result was I gained 41 points with EQ,

48 with TU and 36 with EX.  I remember members on this board would tell me that I

was almost there!  It will happen for you too!  Keep us posted!

Good Luck! Smiley Happy

Congratulations on your success! You're +800 across the board!

Just wanted to chime in and add my story. I had 5 student loan lates reporting on both TU & EQ that where hanging around for seems like an extremity. I was contemplating a EE on the whole account not realizing at first that this process would remove the (entire) account an likely once lates where aged no score boost would be gained.

After corresponds with @VanderSnoot  gained some valuable information. Let the lates just age in which they finally did on my EQ. Went for a nice boost from 735--->789 😲.

Now to wait out TU which has all but 2 lates now reporting. I will report back when they have aged! Thanks again😉

Congratulations on your success! Very nicely done!

Congrats @credit_endurance! It really is just a waiting game, as difficult as it can be sometimes. I'm looking forward to eeking out a few more points as accounts continue to age.

@VanderSnoot Thanks again. Much appreciated!!

At Last!  I'm finally clean on all bureaus!

TU and EQ had taken my first 30 day late last month and deleted the late payment.  Experian deleted

the entire tradeline. A few days ago, TU and EQ deleted the entire tradeline. Scores went up to the Low 800's

and I'll gladly take it!  Lesson learned, I won't be cosigning ever again!

Thanks to all for their help and their kind words!  Smiley Happy

That's really nice to see! Congratulations! And look at those delicious mortgage scores! Smiley Happy

Re: Aging Delinquencies

Anyone know what the usual timing is monthly for house cleaning on the three bureaus? The 1st? Or a specific day of the month?

If I can understand your question about "house cleaning" thinking your meaning when does each bureau remove the dirt from reports? I can say in my personal experience it can certainly vary between bureaus. For me surprisingly EQ has been the most prompt at doing due diligence removing things around 2, 3rd of the month. TU on the other hand is slower removing things between 8th and 12th of the month. No experience with EXP to contribute. Speaking of TU I am waiting patiently for them to remove my last baddie of my report to become completely clean. Should see a nice boost from that.

Re: Aging Delinquencies

Update: Checked my reports on wallethub (TU) specifically and saw that payment history was at 100%. Knew this was a good sign. Immediately checked in on Fico scores and it confirmed my hunch. My TU last student loan late had finally aged off. Gained a nice 42 point boost!!  Went from 715-----> 757 Absolutely great feeling to finally be clean on all (3) credit bureaus. Thanks guys for all the support.😁
