@Anonymous I had the code until Dec 31st? And once Jan 1st hit, the too many new accounts went away

@AzCreditGuy so at 16 months AoYRA it was there and that 17 it is gone? And the negative reason code shift is explicit. Scorecard change. So 17 months is the new account threshold for EX2 it appears!

thank you very much this is an awesome datapoint! You went from new account to no new account.

Re: Aging period and how Fico reacts

@AzCreditGuy can you tell me if anything else is changed between the 31st and the first?

and do you have data for the other two bureaus? We don't know their thresholds either. Would really love to know if the new account code is at the other two bureaus? Or when it disappeared?

Now I wonder if it's really 24 months for all 3 and just falling off the top 4 sometime after 1yr 0mo. Tom Quinn always talks about that 'lessening effect' with many score factors.

Re: Aging period and how Fico reacts

Well the reason code shift I think is explicit because revolving age came out of nowhere so that indicates Scorecard reassignment. Otherwise I would wonder if it was just being suppressed. Hopefully there's data from the other two bureaus as well.

also I'll be there before too long to confirm. 😉

Re: Aging period and how Fico reacts

For mortgage scores I think loans count as "new" accounts in contrast to FICO8. My youngest revolver (HELOC) is 21 months old and I get a new account/recently opened account reason codes for all 3 mortgage scores (I have opened 2 loans in the last year).

@dragontears thank you for that information that's something I had been wondering. Please keep an eye on that for us.

ps, whats your AoYA, the youngest loan? Also on EX2 are you getting many new accounts or just new account singular? (There are two codes one for new account and one for many new accounts.)

@AzCreditGuy I don't know if you missed the notification, but could you please give me the information on the other two bureaus if possible? Thank you very very much!

@dragontears I don't know whether you got my page either or whether it was during the time they were down? Thank you in advance for your time.

I only have Experian and not  TU or EQ. But I have an interesting change to report, my personal loan almost took a month to post from $1049 to $70

Feb 5th Personal loan is $1049

@AzCreditGuy interesting and congratulations!

I wonder if any of the free or $1 trials offer the mortgage Scores? @AllZero ? Unfortunately I don't think there is one.

@Anonymous  Only good one that I am aware of is Experian for EX2.

Better Mortgage had previously supplied free TU4 but now only free EX2. Free TU Mortgage Score

Free EQ5 from DCU but is supplied last Friday of the month.

UNOFFICIAL LIST of credit cards and which score they provide
