Re: All Zero Penalty

That's a decent hit. If not credit seeking, perhaps try 100% of accounts reporting a small balance and see where you land.

Im not looking for any new credit for at least a year when I plan to buy land to build a house. So I may give that a whirl!

When I tested it, my FICO 8s didn't penalize me too much. EX2 dropped a decent amount.

For your reading pleasure. From AZ --> AZEO --> 100% w/balances data

Re: All Zero Penalty

I typically pay all of my cards in full just prior to the due date and rely on a few latent charges to trickle in between then and the statement date so at least one or two cards report a trivial charge; for the first time this month, all of my cards reported zero, annoying.  So far the only score which I'm able to see is the Experian FICO 8, which dropped 19 points from 678 to 659.

My ExtraCredit account will refresh all 28 of my FICO scores this week so I'll update when I get them.  Smiley Happy

Did you mean cars or cards. Everyone is speaking cards. Did you pay off all your car loans or cards?

My update as promised...

It seems the AZEO thing is a tad fickle; all three of the credit bureaus show the same thing, zero reported for each of my three credit card statements, however, each also shows a $98 balance for one card.  The bizarre thing here is, my EQ and TU scores all either stayed the same or went up while all of my EX scores went down.  I'm honestly not sure I understand.

Re: All Zero Penalty

Another update; Experian reported today my FICO 8 rebounded, on 13-Aug it was 678, on 14-Aug it dropped 19 points to 659, and now two weeks later, it bounced back up 20 to 679.  Go figure.
