Scores change as soon as they are reported.
Heres your issue OP, your file is dirty, so Increasing your AoOA is NOT gonna put you in an aged scorecard; its not a segmenter on dirty files.
You are seeing AAoA increases or reductions in utilization, and you're likely losing the penalty for too few accounts.
