So many plans, so many places! I've viewing what is available on this site and have looked at what is available on others too. I pretty much just want to do the basics. Monitor my real FICO score which I believe it computed through Equifax (correct me if I am wrong). I guess seeing the other two would be helpful but not as important to me unless they have a huge range. I pull my free credit reports yearly. So paying on time and paying off cards should keep my numbers going up. Scorewatch by myFICO seems to be pretty good. If I can get a Walmart card in the new future, I can take advantage of the free fico that they offer.
All 3 CRAs generate FICO scores. You paid options for monitoring FICO scores are here and at EQ for your EQ score. TU from Walmrt if you have one of their cards and there is a CU that will give you your EX score.
I use SW to monitor my EQ FICO and USAA CMS to monitor my credit reports. Seems to work the best for me - my 3 FICO scores we lender pulled in June and are pretty close to the EQ so as long as nothing major hits any of my CR's just monitoring the EQ score works
I never realized this until I started reading this site last week, there are FAKO scores and the real FICO score. Besides getting it from a lender, how can I see the real score that they would see?
I signed up for Score Watch here at myFICO yesterday. They list my EQ as 651.
I pulled my reports with credit scores the from annualcreditreport.com the beginning of June. TU showed my score as 651 and 648 for EX.(they call it Vantage Score). Then I signed up to view info directly from EX yesterday and they saw a score of 598.
I'm trying to figure out what I should go by.
