So as expected adding her to that other Chase account helped. Just got reported and her score popped back up 34 points. Didn't get those other cards removed either.

I’m glad it worked out for you congratulations!

If you remove the other cards it will raise her average age, if you dispute them off.

Derogs from 2009 and 2010 now gone after 7 years. I started paying attention to credit scores in about 2014. It's taken a few years but credit scores are now good after starting in the high 500s back in 2011
