I called today at almost the exact same time as you, +/- an hour and was not able to access the automated system.  "1" then "1" after the identification questions identical to the ones you mentioned above only yielded a transfer to a CSR.  I did wait on hold today just for S&Gs since everyone keeps talking about these 60-90 minute wait times.  My wait time as a datapoint was 22 minutes.

I called just now (5:50pm pacific time) and no automated system for me either. However my estimated wait time was also only 15 minutes so that's nothing.

Makes me wonder if the 60-90 wait times were due to the holiday rush.
