Experian FICO score help?

I am going to be going to visit with my LO today to hopefully purchase my first house via a USDA loan.  My scores per MyFico are EQ: 647, TU: 636, & EX: 651.  My question is with the Experian FICO score here being a version 08 score and I know my LO will pull the Experian Fair Isaac V2 score does anyone have any idea if that Experian score will still be 640 or higher?

Start: (4-21-13): EQ 560 (FAKO) TU 544 (FAKO) EX 549 (FAKO)
Current: (8-27-13): EQ 650 (FICO) TU 677 (FICO) EX 643 (FICO)
1st Goal: Purchase my first home (Done on 9/3/13)
2nd Goal: 700 across the board

I'm curious ... was the score similar?  Hopefully all went well with your home purchase too.

Any lates or collection(s)? I ask this because FICO 08 model treats them differently then FICO 2.
