Experian Report - Time Since Last Late Payment Unknown?

My Experian, TransUnion and Equifax reports are all very similar reporting wise, except EQ and EX have a lot inquiries.

On EX, it says unknown since last time a late payment happened. Is that something that shouldn't affect me? Its been about 4.6 months since last late.

My TU reports like this

Re: Experian Report - Time Since Last Late Payment Unknown?

Is there any chance that this parse bug can effect scoring?

For instance when the reason listed is "You have no recent activity from a non-mortgage installment loan"

This reason is listed on all of my EX 98 scores, but...

I have a currennt auto loan from 3/31/14 that is paying monthly and reporting.

I have an auto loan from 4/15/11-3/31/14 with perfect payments.

I have an auto loan from 1/9/09-4/15/11 with perfect payments.

All of my non mortgage installment loans on EX show:

Date of last activity [?]

Not Available

The balance is correct and the pretty green OK's are there.

To my knowledge no, the score is calculated independantly of the credit report download as I understand it... on the flipside the reason codes should have come from the bureaus too and not a parse by MF.  Was that one of the random sidebars or was that one of the 3-4 reasons listed on why your score isn't higher?

Would note the prices are all suspiciously similar between the various players when we talk one bureau single pull, so I suspect everything comes from the bureau other than the interpretation of the dataset.

That's the number 3 reason on all of my EX FICO 2 scores, right behind 1. You have a public record, 2. You have a recent public record

On my EX reports, the installment loans (open and closed) all list date of last activity as "not available"

I'm not trying to hijack, just curious if errors such as the OPs and mine could effect scores.

Do you see that on FICO 8?

If it were me and I did, I'd go pull the annual report and purchase the FICO 8 score directly from EX itself before I did something I cared about like applied for a mortgage refi Smiley Happy.

I do not see that on FICO 8.  All 3 of my FICO 8s are at 740 and all 3 give the same two reasons.  1.  You have a public record 2.  You have few current accounts (6 accounts)

I have pulled directly from EX at CCT.  The parse error is not present in the report there.  The FICO 8 scores are the same as here.  The reasons are the same as here.  There is no EX 98 available anywhere else that I know of, or I would try it.

It does show on the EX 98 score reasons explicitly?

Only other place to get an EX 98 score is if you happen to be lucky enough (or found this forum early enough when they were doing all US membership) to live in PA currently.  Or apply for a JCB Makurai card or similar hah, which doesn't help you right now Smiley Happy.

I guess the real comparison will be when you do pull the trigger on your mortgage refinance to see if it matches here.
