No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Welcome to the forums!
If they are all listed like that, your scores are really not that bad. Do you have any tl's that are in a positive status? CC's?
If not, it'll benefit you to have some reporting. I have many baddies on my reports and by adding new tl's and making good on all payments my scores are starting to rebound. Which companies are the baddies with? You might consider writing some GW letters. Need more info to help more specifically.
Have you read Tuscani's Credit Scoring 101?
Start there and then post back with more info and everyone will be happy to help answer more questions!

I'm going to ask this again,
"All credit cards were closed when in enrolled in CCCS. Now my credit report lists each of the five credit cards paid as has being charged off/paid for less than or something to that nature, and they all have a seperate dates for last activity, some even showing 2005. Is this legal?"

Perhaps nobody has answered this question directly because it's not entirely clear what you're asking about. What makes you think it might not be legal? Were the accounts in fact settled for less than payment in full?
Are you saying that the accounts were turned over to collections while you where in CCCS. Was it a DMP or a Debt Settlement. Sounds to me you did a Debt Settlement and possibly got ripped of by the company. Please provide further details.
Just because you cards were closed when you entered them into the CCCS in 2003 doesn't mean that their DOLA would be in 2003. And in this case shouldn't you be more concerned with DOFD?
I used a CCCS back in 2000 - within 3 months most of my accounts had charged off and those that didn't did by 2003. The CCCS didn't make even the full minimum payment much less pay on time. It isn't unheard off for a CCCS to randomly send in a payment on your behalf years after you have withdrawn from the program.
You certainly haven't provided enough information for anyone to give you a solid answer.
Do you have paper records that you can compare with your credit report?
