I just updated my EX score after 3 IIB accounts were deleted then found that all 3 of my 08 scores are almost the same -
EQ08 - 721 |TU08 - 722 | EX08 - 722
Each report has 3 liens and a BK on them. EQ has 1 inquiry, TU has 3 and EX has 1.
My scores used to be spread out when I started watching them. Now they are all very tight.
When I pulled my 3B last July, my scores were all within one point of each other, just like yours. I still monitor my FICO 8 across all three bureaus, but I do so using the free scores supplied by various credit cards. So I haven't seen all three bureas pulled on the same day for a while.
Some people have carefully checked to make sure that their bureaus have exactly the same data, and yet their FICO 8 will be differing by 20 points or more. This owes to each bureau having a slightly different custom-designed version of FICO 8 (assuming a person really does have exactly identical data).
My question is, what is it about some profiles that make their scores sensitive to this bureau-specific difference, while you and me have virtually identical scores?
It's not clean vs. dirty, since you have a BK and 3 liens and I have no derogs of any kind -- and yet we are in the "no difference" camp.
As of today. And my files are an exact match.

CGID,
Best I can tell is once certain factors report sub optimally, CRA specific customization may come into play. It may also be that the way an account is tagged gets interpreted differently by a CRA's version of the Fico model [such as a store card or charge card]. When an account that may be classified differently is not used (or does not report a balance) => tighter spread.
@For example, My Fico 08 Enhanced scores have a tighter spread when I only report balances on 3 of 6 cards with AG UT under 2%. When I reported balances on 6 of 6 cards @ 4% AG UT [including my NPSL AMEX charge card], spread among Fico 08 Bankcard scores jumped to 21 points from 14. AMEX reports the charge card as "open" with 30 day terms. EQ lists type of account as "open" on their report yet, includes the AMEX in the revolver account category on my report instead of the "other account" category. Interestingly, EQ specifically lists AMEX with 30 day terms as an example of an "other account" in their definition.
One thing that I didn't mention is I have 3 out of 10 cards reporting.
$1395/$15K
$764/$10.500
$211//$6500
total utilization is rounded up to 3%
Current scores in siggy, closer than they should be arguably seeing as how TU has a 30 from 6 months ago.
EQ/EX are identical other than EX's reporting an extra month on everything, not sure that actually affects FICO calculation though.
TU = 777 with 1 INQ in the last 12 months
EQ = 771 with 5 INQ in the last 12 months
EX = 760 with 10 INQ in the last 12 months
22 of 25 cards reporting balances, highest is 39% individual utilization, overall just under 10% utilization.

It's nice that your able to fully use that many cards and still have great scores. What do you think they would be if you just had 1-2 reporting?
