Inquires and FICO

Do they count inquires older than 12 month old FICO 8 or 9 as negative?

Inquiries become unscoreable once they reach 365 days old so they no longer affect scoring at that point -- though they remain visible on your reports for 2 years. 

 

Lenders, however, may consider the number of visible inquiries - regardless of age - when making a credit decision.

Is it visible wen lenders approve based on a SP ?

Yes. But most lenders only care about the last 6 months - some others the last 12 months. Very few would consider the last 2 years unless they just didn't like your overall profile but needed a "valid" excuse to deny you.

By the very definition a SP can not be seen by lenders, only by the consumer when they get their free annual credit reports.

I read it as OP asking if hard inquiries can be seen by lenders via a soft pull of their reports.
