My long rebuilding nightmare is finally over!
The year 2006 was my dark credit year. A combination of poor financial management copped with unemployment led to all 10 of my credit accounts charging off. It was the most stressful period of my life. I had my wages garnished by collection companies, I had 4 judgements and I was afraid to answer my phone.
I worked my tail off, settled all my debt. I decided not to declear bankruptcy and 7 years later I'm in the seven hundred club across the board for the first time.
This forum and others taught me how to self repair and rebuild simultaneously.
Today my last chargeoff- Macy's fell off. This bumped my Ex fico score from 678 to 756.
Thank you, thank you, thank you my FICO for 3.5 years of credit education.
