My TU is  848 and Im trying to figure out if 850 is possible without having to wait a year or so.  My AAoA is 5y 9m.  Will turning AAoA 6 years, would this result in a score gain?  AooA 13y 5m. TUtil <1%

I'm not sure about 72 months, but 78 months will more than likely get it done.  I think I saw 3-5 points at 78 months across the 3B.  There could be something at 72 months though; you'll find out soon enough. 

I would say your file is in a pretty good place ot be able to obtain an 848 TU Fico 8 score with your AAoA being as low as it is.  It's pretty rare to find people with an 850 with their AAoA under 7 years from what I've seen.

Had 2 old mortgages age off my reports last year. Hate when that happens.  Also had a 12 year old medical finance account fall off a few months ago.

Yes I saw points at 72 months. I’ll have to go double check if it was two or three and whether it was that all bureaus though. Please report back to us and let us know when you hit 850. Are you implementing AZEO? Do you have any open loans?

No to AZEO.  Only once recently did i finally get down to only 1 account reporting and no gain.  I have a thread/rant here about it. Currently 4 accounts reporting balances with one of those going to $0 in a couple weeks. Next month down to 2.

I really havnt checked recently for old accounts ready to drop.  Kinda dont want to know lol. I was originally going to do a couple apps til I thought this might be my only chance to snag an 850.  Dont feel like having to wait another year for AoYA to age 1 year

EDIT: I am not an AU on anyone else's account although it is a tempting thought. If I did that, then Id have to acknowledge Bobby Bonds is the true home run leader and I cant muster the words to say that. Hank Aaron is still the champ

What’s your B/L on the mortgage? If it’s above 8.9% you should get points when it goes under.

You’ve got the right idea, don’t open any accounts or use any inquiries, you are about to be our lowest AooA with an 850 on record I think!
