Thanks. Yes lots of different opinions from various threads but majority seems to think overall utilization may have slight effect.
Since it costs me very little to bring one loan to 1% I may try that just for fun but overall the consensus is revolvers is most critical so we will see. I also feel a past due co is effecting it so I will post any mtg score change when that is paid
I don’t think paying a few down under 8.9 will have any effect. I also am skeptical that the 90% will make any difference. So I will save money instead
